We ship things—digital and physical—and we want them to always arrive on time. If you have any questions regarding your order, or placing of an order, and how it will ship this is the place.
Shipping Policies
Digital Files
Digital files are not shipped. If digital files are part of a physical product you purchase, they will be sent separately. How the digital files are sent will vary depending on the platform you made the purchase. If there are any issues with the digital files you’ve ordered, please contact me directly at our contact form.
Physical Shipping
For all domestic orders, shipping is calculated automatically at the time of checkout.
International Shipping
Unfortunately most items do not qualify for international shipping. Due to the high costs associated with shipping outside the United States for anything other than a flat, flexible envelop, it just doesn’t make sense. However there are exceptions. Larger priced items, like original artworks and commissions, master studies, and even situations where you want something regardless of cost – I can work with you to make an international shipment.
